In order to combat the winter blues, I have a new fruity recipe for you today: a vegan mango-coconut yogurt dessert with physalis, oranges, and coconut chips. Mhmm… so tasty and easily made! The great thing about this dessert is that it is very healthy, has no industrial sugar or anything else and is purely natural. Therefore, it is great as breakfast or in between meals.
For the mango-coconut yogurt mix, I used frozen mangos and mixed them with some vanilla and coconut yogurt. Afterwards, I filled the delicious yellow smoothie in a glass and topped it with another layer of coconut yogurt. Then I put Physalis and a slice of orange into the glass. 1st. because it looks great and 2nd. because physalis is one of my absolute favorite fruits in winter.
When mixing the mango smoothies, I made sure that I didn’t add too much yogurt, so it doesn’t get too liquid and you can still eat it like a dessert. If you’d like to mix a mango lassi, you can just add a little more yogurt and enjoy it as a delicious fruit drink. Both highly recommended.😊

- 400g frozen Mango
- 1 banana
- 500g Kokosjoghurt
- 4-5 Physalis
- 1 hand full of coconut chips
- 2 slices of an Orange
- Optional: Vanilla
- Mix the banana with the frozen mango, vanilla and 3/4 of the yoghurt at the highest level.
- Fill the mango mix into two glasses and top off with the rest of the yoghurt
- Top it with physicalis, oranges and coconut chips
