Healthy Breakfast Ideas: Silken Tofu and Vanilla Shake (High Protein)

Happy monday, everyone. I hope you had an amazing weekend. Roman and I did some interior shopping and bought some pretty plates and kitchen stuff. Will definitely share our shopping pieces with you soon. Do you have any tips for interior Onlineshops? Then drop me a line in the comments! 

So,  todays healthy breakfast Idea is a Silken Tofu Shake with Vanilla. Sounds weird? Maybe- but it’s super delicious, I swear! I wanted to try silken tofu for a long time and finally did it a few weeks ago. Since then I drink this shake at least once a week and I really love the taste and consistency. It’s super smooth and silky and the tofu makes this shake super creamy and delicious. The most amazing part is, that this shake is a true vegan protein bomb. The whole shake has about 15 grams of protein- cool, huh?  The mix of good carbs and plant based protein is perfect for a balanced start in to the day (and by the way: your summer body will thank you!)

Vegan Silky Tofu Vanilla Shake
A great source of plant based protein and a healthy start in to your day!
  1. 200g Silken Tofu
  2. 250ml Almond Milk
  3. 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
  4. 20g rolled Oats
  5. 1 Tsp of Vanilla
  6. 1 ripe Banana
  7. Agave or Honey to sweeten
  1. Put all ingredients together and mix until smooth 🙂

    Auf die Idee Seidentofu so zu verwenden, wäre ich wirklich nie gekommen. WIrd auf jeden Fall demnächst ausprobiert!
