10 amazing ways to use coconut oil

I use coconut oil for about two years now. At first, I used it only for cooking and frying. But in the meantime, I use it for so much more things in my everyday life. And that’s what I want to tell you about today. Coconut oil is in fact, a true all-rounder and very useful in both, the kitchen and in body care. It consists mainly of saturated fat, so it can be heated up and thus differs extremely from other vegetable oils. Coconut oil is super healthy for our body because it can be absorbed very easily and delivers long-lasting energy without deteriorating our blood fats. Moreover, coconut oil is a real bacteria killer. The medium-chain fatty acids found in coconut oil fight viruses, bacteria and fungi strains. The immune system is strengthened tremendously by coconut oil ! Even skin & hair benefit from the natural action of the oil! Doesn’t that sound promising? So here we go with 10 amazing ways to use coconut oil in your daily life:

Ölziehen will ich schon so lange mal ausprobieren, davon habe ich bisher nur Gutes gehört. Ich benutze Kokosöl schon länger zum Eincremen oder zum Abschminken. Das ist echt ein wahrer Alleskönner 🙂 Und selbstgemachte Schokolade mit Kokosöl ist auch der Hammer 🙂
